Technical Support for 1:1 Devices

You can use the Student 1:1 Support Form to let us know what issues you are having with UCVTS Chromebooks or other 1:1 devices including:

  • Reporting Lost or Stolen Device
  • Physical Damage to Device
  • Sign-In Issue

Note: You need to be logged into your UCVTS Google account to access the form!

After completing the form, all further correspondence will be from devicerepair@ucvts.org to your email and alternate email account. Be sure to check your email regularly!
